Hi guys!
I would like to know that is it ok to miss practise,if you feel that your body needs a rest etc? I am not planning on skipping practise,but 2x3hour/day is lot more that i have used to,so i guess my body might need more rest than just sunday that seems to be non-training day. So is it possible to skip practise if it is necessary?

My guess is that its totally down to you how much you train how hard you train, this is your trip and i'm sure if you want to dip in and out of sessions you can do as long as you pay!
