Hi guys im coming to train for 6 months starting in jan and was wondering if people train more than 1 style at a time eg muay thai and mma/boxing etc or would it be better in blocks like a few weeks of each. (bearing in mind im a complete novice so ill stick to just muay thai for the first while)
oh and id like to gain muscle while im there since im a skinny 75kg so ill be lifting lots of weights too.
getting super pumped for being in my best shape ever!!!!!
cheers guys

| I would definitely recommend trying the different programs the camp has to offer. Start off with the Muay Thai, then mix in a little boxing and mma . Since you are worried about getting too skinny, do some weight training to keep your size. You will want a high protein intake. You may want to take a creatine, BCAA'S and glutamine. This will help with recovery and prevent your muscle mass from breaking down. Please email info@tigermuaythai.com if you have any more questions. Cheers
