Hi TMT,

I am coming down in December and am looking at going on your meal plan as it seems practical and looks tasty. I just want to make sure that there will be some variety as i have heard you dont do refunds. Also do you do breakfast if not is there a place near by that might??

Hi Jay,

Yes there is variety. You can choose from Thai or healthy western dishes. We have breakfast choices available as well. The menu changes every couple of months.

There are a handful of other good places to eat on the road also.

Hi,
Don't know if this has been asked and answered before.
Re meal plan - if I miss meals (lazing on the beach, sightseeing) are they credited for future meals or do I just lose the meal completely.

You don't lose the meals. You can make them up the next day or over the course of time. 

You do have to use them in your specific time period though. For example if you sign up for the meal plan for one month you have to eat them all that month. You could eat them all in 1 day if you wanted to.

These are on the healthier side. The foods are prepared with minimal oil and salt, grilled not fried (except some Thai dishes).

Just eat what Peter tells you too!

Hey So how does this work? do you just get marked down on how many meals you get a day? or do you have a bunch of tickets to bring when you go get your chow?

You will be supplied with a meal plan number. You tell this number to the grill staff. They track the amount of meals you use and notify you before you run out.

Goal: To provide our guests with healthy and tasty food options. To provide meal items that are designed to give our guest the choices they need to maintain a healthy and optimal diet while training at Tiger Muay Thai.

 Hours of Operation:    Monday-Friday    7:00AM – 9:00PM

                                           Saturday               8:00AM – 7:00PM

                                           Sunday                 9:00AM – 5:00PM

 ***NOTE*** Sunday we offer a limited menu. ***NOTE***

 Meal Plan:     As a guest of Tiger Muay Thai, we are glad to offer you the option of joining our Daily Meal Plan. We have a variety of Meal Plan options that should allow you to design the plan that works for you the best. Our meal plan allows for an average of 2 meals a day (protein shakes can be substituted for a meal). With each meal you get a small bottle of water and small mixed fruit plate.

                        The Meal Plan is a set number of days, and within those days you get a set number of meals. These days do not carry over past your expiry date, so if you do not use all your meals in the allotted timeframe, the extra meals will be lost to you. However if you do not feel the need to use both meals, you can choose to replace a meal with a shake or a large plate of fruit.

 Meal Plan Pricing:  Classic Meal Plan (Average 2 Meals a Day):

                                    1 Week (14 Meals) = 2,500 Baht

                                     1 Month (60 Meals) = 9,000 Baht

At Tiger Grill, we understand that people have special dietary needs and restrictions and we do our best to accommodate our guests with these needs. If you have any special needs or requests feel free to talk to one of our kitchen managers.

We are currently working with our resident muscle man, Peter ‘The Thai Hulk’ on designing a menu specifically for getting in shape and adding muscle mass.

Diet Menu:

We are currently working on developing a menu inspired by fitness star and personal trainer, Ocean Bloom.

Price 2013 ( Exclusive of 7 % VAT Charges and 3% Credit Card Charges For Credit Card Transactions)

Weekly : 2,500 Baht : 14 Meals
Monthly : 9,000 Baht : 60 Meals
3 Months : 25,000 Baht : 180 Meals

You get two “Meals” a day from anything on the menu, plus a mini fruit plate and Tiger Water.

            Our menu has many different items to choose from and weekly specials. Your meal plan also has options like having a protein shake as a meal. We also have plenty of vegan favorites and low calorie, low fat options. At Tiger, we prepare portions that promote a healthy lifestyle.

            If you have any allergies or food concerns, our chef will gladly meet with you to ensure your safety and culinary

            You don’t have to carry money with you and it’s right here on campus. You know when you train hard, you get
