Hey Guys,
I am looking for some advice from some of the guys who have lived in Thailand for a bit. Is it possible to find a job while you are training? I have been living in China for the past five years working as a teacher at a finance & economics college and while I love teaching, I am growing very tired of China and hope to leave as soon as possible. I came to Tiger back in January 2010 and loved it. I would like to move there (Phuket or Chiang Mai) and train as much as possible, but I have a 19 month old daughter and a Chinese wife. Ideally I would like to teach, but I am open to anything. What are your thoughts? Also, do you think my wife could find a job? As I said, she is Chinese. She is a tour guide here in China and speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and a bit of Indonesian. She is also and amazing cook.
I look forward to your response, Collin

Greetings Collin,
It would be really easy for you to find a job here in Phuket since your background is in teaching. I believe that your wife too will find a job here as well. Check out http://www.ajarn.com or the Phuket Gazette for Job posts. Hope to see you at Tiger Muay Thai soon.. We have a lot to offer aside from Muay Thai.
Cheers! Joey
