Party with the camp?

Hi, I will be at Tiger trying my best to loose weight from the end of Jan to the end of May, but I am wondering if ppl usually go out to party/"go clubbing" on saturday nights, since you have the day off on sundays? I really enjoy training, even tho you might not think it by looking at me, but I really enjoy going out as well. But it is no fun going by yourself.

Boxing

Hi guys.
I am comming to thailand in march for 2 and a half months, for 2 months i want to train and im fairly certain i want to do it at tiger.

I am starting my basic training in the RAF at the end of may and have been boxing now fairly intensely for about 6 months, i am really wanting to try out for the RAF boxing team....

I want to come and get as fit as i can before starting my training, i was wondering if it was possible for me to concentrate a little more on just western style boxing? I would like to learn some basic muay thai but my main focus is on my fitness and my boxing.

Sorry if this is a stupid / ignorant question i know it is a muay thai gym and i mean no disrespect to the gym or the sport.

Thank you

detox?

Hello, I am seriously considering spending a month at TMT in January to cleanse my body while practicing Muay Thai.

Here's the deal, I used to do martial arts as a kid but I am now a heavy smoker and regular stoner. I work in a stressfull field and I'm always all over the place. It has taken a toll on my mind and body (my lungs constantly hurt, and I'm just 26).

Knowing myself, the only way for me to kick out the bad habits is to enter a strict discipline in a different environment with a healthy routine supervized by professionals on my back.

There is no way I can change here in Paris, with the lifestyle i lead, that's how weak minded I am, but I want to change that, desperate for this change, ready to commit in the right setting.

What's that detox program? Can that help me quit smoking, along with the intense physical training and get my mind straight?

Overall is TMT a good place for me?

Thanks everyone and maybe see you soon.
